【Bytedance】Recruitment For HRBP Intern

【Duty for You】
1. Cooperate the team to deal with global HR projects, including analysis for oversea talent market etc.
2. Participate in the global recruitment, including extending and analyzing for recruitment methods, sourcing and communicating with candidates etc.
3. Collect some industry informations, data analysis, put out relevant documents and take part in the recruitment optimizing projects.
4. Complete daily task and duty for team.
【Requirement for You】
1. Undergraduate student or graduate student, fluent in English, priority for foreign students in China, priority for European and American student.
2. Proficiency in using Office softwares.
3. At least 3 days per week, priority for full-time intern.
4. Optimistic, initiative, patient, dependable, efficient and excellent communication skills.
