Position: Intern, Competence Management under Volkswagen Group China Academy
Volkswagen Group China Academy is the department to support all employees to develop themselves in different dimensions. Competence management department is to support our employees to strengthen their competence in different ways.

Your Responsibilities:
• On-site support and preparation of training events within Competence Management area: including HR Qualification Program, NEV training, PEP training, etc.
• On-site support and preparation of internal workshop and conferences, like Competence Radar Workshop, Competence Development Conference, etc.
• Communication with related HR departments and contact with associated Volkswagen entites including joint ventures.
• Support in team’s internal marketing project, purchasing, payment process and team lunch/ birthday celebration
• Department related daily tasks, such as organize team meeting, update team charts, translate documents

Our Requirements:
• Enrolled university student with an outstanding academic record
• Good communication, interpersonal coordination skills, and down to details
• Chinese and German would be a plus
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken), strong computer skills with Microsoft office software (word, PPT, excel)
• Responsbility, accuracy, communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Human Resources would be a plus
