1) Follow up the process of employees’ on board issues, such as arrange monthly on board staffs’ personal files, including Application Form, CV, Reference Check Form, RTH, Interview Assessment Form etc.
2) Employees’ personal files management, such as Employee Information Form, Copy of ID, Employee Handbook, Health Check Form etc.
3) Tracking new staffs’ lacking files from recruiters.

时间要求：
实习时间 3个月以上 , 每周工作4-5天
