在被校招面试虐了千百遍后，我们不妨回忆每一次面试的第一个问题：
（端庄脸）：Walk me through your resume, please.
或者是这样：
（严肃脸）：OK, please introduce yourself.

如果你把这场自我介绍看作是面试官的走马观花形式而已，那你很可能已经与offer失之交臂了。

自我介绍的重要性

1. 众所周知，面试中“自我介绍”往往决定了你留给面试官的第一印象。你不知道的是，面试中往往存在“一分钟效应”，即“自我介绍”成为决定你去留的关键。
2. 群面中，凭借“自我介绍”赢得组员对你良好的印象，更易于之后获得小组leader的角色，也更益于你脱颖而出，给面试官留下深刻的印象。
自我介绍的常见误区
1. 自述家谱型

选用毫无逻辑的“编年体”形式介绍，描述了你匆忙的二十余年……时长超过3min，过于冗长，几乎无重点。


2. 惜字如金，装酷耍帅型

时长在1min以内，所含信息过分简单。如：“我叫xxx，毕业于xxx，X专业，有过两份实习，分别在A公司和B公司。”（自我介绍控制在2min左右较为适宜，次重得当，逻辑清晰，忌过分简单）

3. 抓芝麻放西瓜型

在自我介绍过程中不放过任何一件可以被轰轰烈烈描述一番的“小经历”或是实习……
（不必执着于事无巨细地展现自己的经历，选一个最值得展示的经历，从多方面去解析，以达到展示自己的目的即可。值得秀的经历不要一次“脱销”，后续面试中仍然大有用处。）

4. 无趣型

一味地表现自己的academic & professional方面，却毫无个人有趣的经历、故事和自己有意思特点的讲述，这往往会使得你的自我介绍非常死板，切忌让自己成为这样一个无趣的人。Anyway, 毕竟每一位candidate都有可能成为与面试官未来一起工作、出差或是共进午餐的人……

自我介绍的正确做法
1. 总结独特卖点，帮面试官“划重点”

总结3个自己独特的“卖点”，并用你简历中的经历去具体证明你所提到的“卖点”。如：
为了证明你是一个“international”的人，就可以提出自己在国外留学期间参加的国际化的交流活动等经历。

2. 证明自己是个有趣的人

除了丰富的实习经历，优异的学业成绩和学术成果，请不要忘记做一个“有趣的人”，兴趣爱好的介绍往往可以在面试中获得意想不到的效果，谁又能保证你的面试官下一道题不是你的强项：“那你说一下你对阿森纳这次球赛的看法。”运动、音乐、摄影、旅游、爬山……只要是你的兴趣所在，都将有机会成为让你变有趣手拿offer的机会。

3. 站在面试官角度，从对方所需能力出发，讲出自己的经历

考虑面试官希望candidate有什么特质或是闪光点，比如leadership, team work或者是communication skills。知己知彼，才能投其所好。

4. 保持微笑，展现正能量

面试中始终保持微笑，好的精神面貌，对工作的热忱与激情，以及表现出对公司理念、文化等方面的认同感。
