This business is one of the major suppliers and processors of grains and oilseeds in China, providing quality grains, oilseeds and fats products from worldwide origins. Cargill currently operates 5 oilseeds crush and refinery plants in China, 3 in Guangdong Province, 1 in Jiangsu Province and 1 new plant in Hebei Province. We source, process, transport and distribute grain and oilseeds around the world, handle main bulk products like oilseeds, including soybeans and canola seeds, corn, soybean meal, vegetable oils, as well as NGFI products. We operate wholly owned ports in China.

We are looking to hire Trading/ Analytics Trainees to produce excellent trading/analytics professionals who will have the opportunity to build foundational trading knowledge within the Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain enterprise. About summer intern program:
You will be assigned to lead a short-term but complete project/Subject, with mentor and source channel provided during the 1-2 months of summer internship.
At the end of the internship, you will need to present or report the project result.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor & above.2019 Graduates
- Related Majors: All Major. as long as you are passinate for trading
- Business fluency in English & Mandarin
- Strong presentation skill and be a proficient user of power point
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills
- Proven numerical agility
- Curious
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, effective decision making and problem solving skills 
- Skilled communicator
- Challenging, inquisitive
资格/能力要求：
- 本科及以上学历，2019年毕业生
- 不限专业，只要你对交易/分析有热情
- 流利的英语和普通话
- 较强的展现能力，能熟练使用办公软件
- 较强的分析能力和量化数据处理能力
- 数字敏感性
- 好奇心
- 在复杂情况下的处理能力，有效的决策和解决问题的能力
