Job Description:

We are looking for legal intern for our Beijing office. The position will involve the following responsibilities:
- Anticipate attorney's needs and prepare necessary documentation in draft for attorney\s review, including miscellaneous correspondence
- Respond to attorneys' requests for assistance in factual and legal research and utilizing automated support tools.　Preparing legal documents under the supervision of lawyers;
- Translating legal and BD documents; office brochures and marketing materials;
- Contacting various governmental authorities as required;
- Other works that instructed by partners/ associates from time to time;
- Perform other tasks as assigned

The candidates must be
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant disciplines; graduated from Top international universities;
- Experience in legal document translation is a plus;
- In-depth knowledge of electronic research technology (LexisNexis, Legalstudio, Chinalawinfo)
- Responsible and committed, be able to work under pressure;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Familiar with Windows, Outlook and MS office, Powerpoint and application.
